Are you disappointed in the reach your LinkedIn Company Page posts receive?
Over the past year, many people have seen a significant drop in the reach of their LinkedIn posts, both from their individual accounts and from their LinkedIn Company Pages. While you can’t do anything about LinkedIn’s algorithm, there are some things you can do to increase the visibility of your LinkedIn Company Page posts.
Three ways to increase Company Page post reach:
- Invite your connections to follow your LinkedIn company page. This puts your company page and its posts on the radar of your LinkedIn connections. Many will at least visit the page, and if they like the content they find there, they may become a follower.
- Get your employees involved. Every employee of your firm or business, if they have your firm listed in their Experience section on their LinkedIn profile, will be linked to your company page. Ask employees to repost the content you post on your Company page. More people are likely to see content shared from an individual profile than from a company page, so make sure they know when you post and encourage them to share.
- Sponsor your best content. While this involves some monetary investment, sponsoring or boosting a post allows you to reach people in your target audience, even outside of your network.
